Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually blend dry ingredients into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Homemade Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
3. Transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a border for the crust.
5. Sprinkle cheese over sauce, then add your favorite toppings.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Fresh Garden Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
2. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
3. Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
6. Pour dressing over salad just before serving and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately for best freshness!

Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Peel bananas and break into chunks.
2. Add bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
3. Add a handful of ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
6. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
7. Enjoy immediately!

Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt for pasta water
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions.
2. While pasta cooks, fry bacon in a large pan until crispy. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
4. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain spaghetti.
5. Add hot pasta to the bacon pan and remove from heat.
6. Quickly stir in egg mixture, adding pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
7. Season with black pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
1. Wash and prepare all fruits.
2. In clear glasses or bowls, start with a layer of yogurt.
3. Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
5. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
6. Drizzle honey over the top layer.
7. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.

Veggie Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare all vegetables and have them ready near the stove.
2. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add broccoli and carrots first, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add bell pepper and snap peas, continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour soy sauce over vegetables and toss to coat.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot over rice.

Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together oil, egg, milk, and vanilla.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
5. Gently fold in blueberries, being careful not to overmix.
6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 taco shells
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil.
2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken and add 1/4 cup water.
4. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
5. Warm taco shells according to package directions.
6. Fill each shell with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
7. Top with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!

Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1 cup croutons
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional: grilled chicken breast
Instructions
1. Wash and dry romaine lettuce thoroughly.
2. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
3. Add Caesar dressing and toss until lettuce is evenly coated.
4. Add croutons and half of the Parmesan cheese, toss again.
5. Transfer to serving plates or bowls.
6. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice.
7. Add grilled chicken if desired and season with black pepper.

Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Maple syrup and butter for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, beat together milk, egg, and melted butter.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined (lumps are okay!).
4. Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
6. Cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip and cook until golden.
7. Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.

Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add tomatoes, broth, and basil. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Use an immersion blender to puree soup until smooth.
7. Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- Optional: tomato slices
- Optional: bacon strips
Instructions
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add cheese slices (and optional tomato or bacon) on top.
4. Top with second bread slice, butter-side up.
5. Cook until bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts.
7. Cut diagonally and serve hot!

Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
3. Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
4. Pour apple mixture into crust and dot with butter.
5. Cover with second crust, seal edges, and cut slits in top.
6. Brush top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
